Drew Vaccaro is the 2023-24 Crim-Imm Fellow on IDP’s litigation team. His work focuses on the proper application of the categorical approach in immigration cases and expanding the use of post-conviction relief as a tool for minimizing adverse consequences for non-citizens with criminal convictions. Drew received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 2023, where he was a student advocate in the Immigrant Rights Clinic. Drew received his undergraduate degree from Boston College.
